Happy Monday Volleyball Families!

I wanted to send a quick reminder about what forms need to be turned into the athletic office prior to tryouts:
1. Signed MSHSL form
2. Insurance documents
3. Behavior contract
4. Emergency contact cards
5. Must have an up to date sports physical

You will not be able to participate in tryouts until all forms are completed and turned in to Jan Thomas. If you have any questions you can reach out to Jan directly, jan.thomas@totinograce.org

Our athletic director, Mike Smith, also reached out to all students and families with a link to join a sport. If you could register for volleyball through those link that will be helpful as we prepare for next week.
